Portland Trail Blazers wing Jerami Grant is a trade target for the Los Angeles Lakers. Grant’s departure from the Trail Blazers is allegedly planned for the upcoming season, which might benefit the Lakers.
According to Aaron Fentress of The Oregonian, the Trail Blazers want to attempt a trade of Grant within the upcoming season.
