Emmanouil Karalis will return to Athens with the bronze medal from the Olympic Games, and on the night of the closing ceremony, he was Greece’s flag bearer alongside Evangelia Platanioti. Shortly after the celebration, the Greek champion made an emotional post featuring himself and the other flag bearer from the opening ceremony, Giannis Antetokounmpo.
