In a video posted by Tomer Azarly of ClutchPoints, Doncic can be seen apparently grabbing at the right side of his chest during Saturday’s practice. He also appears to be grimacing slightly as he does so.

It is not exactly news that Doncic is playing hurt. He was visibly grimacing at times during Game 1 of the NBA Finals. Entering the playoffs, he had been dealing with a knee injury, but this new video would suggest that he is coping with plenty of other issues, too.
Doncic has been open about how much pain he is in. There is no way he will be sitting out in the Finals, and he still provided 30 points and 10 rebounds in the Mavericks’ Game 1 loss. He is clearly playing at less than 100 percent despite those numbers, and it probably is not a good sign that he is laboring this much even during practice.
