Keep up to date with former Wolfpack standouts competing against pro competition this Summer.

RALEIGH, NC– A total of six former NC State players competed in the NBA summer league throughout the summer.

From this past year’s roster, DJ Burns was the first to sign a summer league deal with the Clevland Cavaliers as counterpart DJ Horne quickly followed with one of his own but to the San Antonio Spurs. Mohammed Diarra then signed a deal to the Los Angeles Lakers the following day on a Summer League deal.

ith and Dereon Seabron signed to new NBA Summer League teams and will compete for a roster spot on what are rebuilding franchises. Jarkel Joiner will embark on his second season on the Atlanta Hawks Summer League roster after averaging just shy of 10 points, three rebounds, and four assists in the G-League last season.

Now that the Summer League action has wrapped up, what former Wolfpack standouts put their best foot forward at the next level in hopes to secure a pro contract?
